Product Operate Guide
ECI-SPM001 Semi-Automatic Screen Printing Machine Operation Guide
Preparation: Begin by preparing the product to be printed and the corresponding screen plate. Confirm the type and color of the ink and solvent to be used. Adjust the press to the appropriate settings for optimal printing conditions.
Screen Adjustment: Secure the screen onto the printing table of the screen printer. Adjust the screen to ensure the correct distance and pressure between the screen and the product surface, which is crucial for achieving high-quality prints.
Ink Application: Apply the ink to the top of the screen. Use a squeegee to evenly spread the ink across the screen, allowing the ink to pass through the open areas of the screen and onto the product surface.
Printing Process: Position the product to be printed on the printing table. Move the table beneath the screen so that the screen makes contact with the product surface. Initiate the printing process by pressing the operation button on the printing press.
Completion and Curing: Once printing is complete, remove the product from the printing table. Allow the printed product to dry and cure properly to ensure the durability and quality of the printed design.
